Initial Consultation
The focus of our initial assessment is using best evidence to expertly assess your injury or condition, any contributing factors and history, in order to be able to accurately diagnose your condition and work with you to come up with a treatment plan.
At Centred we highly value holistic care as we understand the impact your injury or condition can have on your entire life. Through effective communication we aim to educate you about your body and your current pathology so that we can move forward together towards reducing your pain and increasing your function.

Physitrack
To compliment our therapy service, you can also access our home exercise program, set up on Physitrack; this app, with video guided exercises, enables you to communicate directly with your Physiotherapist between sessions as you complete your exercises, giving you real time feedback and adjustment or progression of your program as needed.

Subsequent Consultations
Subsequent consultations may include hands on treatment, dry-needling, taping, in-studio exercise, tailored home exercise program through our specialized app as well as technique management, education and more.
